Before we recommend a machine our team checks the engine, hydraulics, undercarriage, structure and documents, and shares the findings with you. You are welcome to see the machine running before you buy.

Documents and chassis number, a cold start, a 20–30 minute run, leaks, undercarriage wear, cracks or welding on the boom and arm, and whether the hour meter matches the wear. Our inspection checklist lists each step.

No. Used machines are sold as seen, with the inspection findings shared before you decide. Please inspect or have the machine inspected before paying.

The purchase invoice (and earlier invoice/RC trail if any), insurance, a loan NOC if the machine was financed, and matching chassis and engine numbers. We help both sides with paperwork.

Crawler excavators are generally not road-registered, so the ownership trail is mainly the invoices. Wheeled machines that carry an RC need it transferred at the RTO. If you are unsure about a specific machine, ask our desk before you pay.

Excavators fall under HSN 8429, where GST is 18%. A GST-registered dealer or company selling a used machine will usually charge GST on the invoice; an unregistered individual generally does not. Check your case with your CA.

Yes. We work with banks and NBFCs that finance used construction equipment. Eligibility, rate and tenure depend on the lender, the machine’s age and your profile. InfraX is not the lender. Use the loan form and our finance desk will guide you.

Usually PAN and Aadhaar, 6 months of bank statements, and GST and ITR for firms, plus the machine’s year, hours, price, RC/invoice and inspection notes. See the loan documents checklist.

We do not quote a rate. The lender sets the rate and tenure after its own credit check. Our price guide shows published indicative ranges.

Fill the sell form or send photos on WhatsApp with model, year, hours, location and expected price. Our team checks the machine and shows it to genuine buyers, helps with negotiation and paperwork, and you get paid.

Yes, we arrange low-bed trailer transport across India. The cost depends on distance and machine size and is shared upfront.

Yes. We place trained, experienced excavator operators. If the operator doesn’t work out within 30 days, we provide a replacement.
